# PROCITY — Round 36 instructions (from Fable, integrator)
Date: 2026-07-23 · **R32R35 closed green in other sessions** (THE BIBLE · scarcity · THE HUNT
· travel · GODBAY · the first five minutes · the tour). R35's close law stands: the tag waits
for hands. Round 36 is **the v7.0 CLOSE**: Fable plays the whole loop, the out-of-round assets
get regularized, the full gate runs over the final tree, docs freeze, **tag `v7.0`**.
## WAVE 0 — THE PLAYTEST (Fable, in person, FRESH SAVE)
The R31 precedent, now over every v7 system: fresh save → the first-five-minutes beats → spot
a gem via the BIBLE's guide stamps → ☆ WANT an artist → the keeper's rumor → TRAVEL (and pay
the day) → ⚖ LIST a find on GodBay → sleep → the morning paper → the hammer. Deliverable: the
friction list, split alpha-blocking vs v7.x queue. R31's lesson stands armed: the playtest
boots NAKED (no flags beyond dbg) — the explicit-flag blindfold is the enemy.
## WAVE 1 — regularize the 2 a.m. commits (E)
`046668e` + `b339402` landed outside the round system (July 20, disciplined but unswept):
**4 dance-clip GLBs + 3 trellis DJ bodies** in `web/models/peds/`. E: provenance table entries
+ licence lines for all 7 (dance clips = the 90sDJsim Mixamo-family bank — verify and record
the zone; DJ bodies = on-device trellis, CC0-equiv, the instrument discipline); depot publish
per standing practice; the validator sees them. The commits verified "page boots" only — the
full-suite proof is wave 2's.
## WAVE 2 — the gate, the freeze, the tag (F)
1. Any wave-0 alpha-blockers first (micro-fix agents per owner if not F's).
2. Full `qa.sh --strict --matrix` over the final tree — explicitly including: the 3 DJ bodies
through the figure-scale gate (they joined the roster ungated), the dance clips through
classic zero-fetch + `?noassets` fallback (the commit claims it; the gate proves it), and
the R3235 smokes (bible, scarcity, hunt, godbay) re-green on the final tree.
3. Docs freeze: README v7 section (the loop, the manual rows for WANT/LIST/paper), notes §36,
the charters' retired-or-carried (A's v4-style list for the V7 charter risk section —
F may write it this once, single-lane round).
4. **Tag `v7.0`** (annotated: the loop's numbers + both playtest verdicts), push main + tag.
## Then: Fable writes the v7 epoch retro, and the menu reopens
(v6 footage-spikes · the beta/v7.x queue incl. John's own playtest findings whenever he walks
it · the frontier shelf: terrain, vernacular kit, civic layer, THE BIBLE polish.)
## WAVE 2.5 (Fable ruling on F's held warn): CLASSIC KEEPS ITS PEOPLE
F's `smoke_djdance` caught the July-20 commit adding the 5 DJ bodies to `PED_NAMES`
UNCONDITIONALLY — they fetch under `?classic=1` and widened classic's seeded crowd pool 17→22.
Every covenant gate stayed green (the covenant pins the plan; the roster was never pinned), but
the classic fetch surface and crowd identity moved without a ruling. **RULED: option (b) — the
five gate OUT of classic's pool**, mirroring the clips' `!CLASSIC` pattern. The covenant's
meaning stays crisp: `?classic=1` is the v2 town INCLUDING ITS PEOPLE; the DJs walk every other
boot. D lands the line; F re-verifies (classic fetch surface + pool 17 + smoke_djdance green,
strict re-run) and RE-LAYS the tag on the true final commit. The warn was the system working —
a covenanted surface cannot move quietly even when every pinned number stays green.
## ROUND CLOSED (Fable) — **v7.0 TAGGED on `4709cfe`, all green, everything measured twice**
Run 3 on the healed box: qa 7/0/0/0 · MATRIX 10 towns · flags harness 0 fails / **0 warns** (the
§36.4 hold flipped to "✓ classic: zero DJ-body fetches" under the full suite) · classic
`0x5f76e76` · the five DJs human-sized by name · Rokoko binds 64/65 · rotation byte-identical
per day and across boots. The honest record stands in §36.5: re-gate runs 12 died to a
BOX-level fork famine (m3panel's 2.5-day `pmset|tail` leak — fixed at source mid-round, the
`party.monster.reaper` janitor installed as standing fleet infra) — starvation artifacts, not
gates. The hold's full arc: held by machine-recorded WARN → ruled (classic keeps its people) →
fixed by the owning lane alone → re-proven by the gate that held it. Nothing improvised.
## Waves: [Fable plays] → [E] → [F fix+gate+tag] → [D classic-gate + F re-lay] → [retro]
