d4257d8f99 chore: launchd instance runs sam2.1-hiera-large (final-quality mattes) 
Dev instances stay on small via the default; the always-on tailnet
instance behind digalot.fyi/rotogod/ gets the big model.
Measured on M3 Ultra MPS at 720p: click ~4s, propagate ~1.7 fps.

96bba8e538 feat: browser upload (raw-body, 8g cap) + click-to-download exports 
Makes the digalot.fyi/rotogod/ proxy actually usable away from the box:
⬆ uploads land in samples/uploads and open; output list links through
GET /api/download/{name}. nginx side: 8g body cap, request buffering off.

874aaaefa3 feat: ROTOGOD v0 — SAM-2 rotoscoping web app (load/scrub/trim → click actor → track → alpha export) 
FastAPI + PyAV + transformers SAM2.1 on MPS. Relative-URL frontend (works
bare or behind digalot.fyi/rotogod/), ROTOGOD_ROOTS clip-path allowlist,
fwd+rev propagation, ProRes 4444 / WebM / matte / greenscreen exports.
deploy/rotogod.launchd.plist = always-on tailnet-bound instance.
