custom_cities.json is merged into the search index for towns missing
from the geonames 15k+ dataset; labels now include the region code
when available to disambiguate same-named cities.

- detect_patterns(): stelliums, grand trines, kites, T-squares, grand
crosses, mystic rectangles, yods — with element/mode/apex flavor
- Patterns panel on the Wheel tab: hover/click highlights the
configuration on the wheel (gold overlay, other aspect lines dimmed)
and pops an explainer
- Click-info popovers everywhere: planet glyphs (position, house,
dignities, interpretation, its aspects), aspect lines, natal and
synastry grid cells (with harmony score), biwheel glyphs attribute
to the right person's chart
- Patterns section added to the written report; annotate_chart() ships
popover text with the chart JSON

Swap button re-frames the biwheel by the other chart (houses, ASC
rotation follow the outer chart); legend updates, resets per comparison,
and warns when the framing chart has an unknown birth time.

Frontend-only filtering over the already-computed chart — wheel, tables,
aspect grid/list, report and synastry views all respect the toggles;
state persists in localStorage.

Full-detail natal charts: 21 bodies/points, 7 house systems, 11 aspect
types with applying/separating, dignities, declination parallels,
sect/balances/moon phase, offline city search with historical IANA
time atlas, SVG wheel, and a written interpretation report.
