Measured after LANE-UI landed live.test.ts: their THROTTLING/SCRAM HUD tests fail on round-2 data and pass on round 3 (heat was decorative before). Their remaining anchor-slab failure is independent of data — fails identically either side of the retune; likely the reference layout circulating recovered slabs back into the assembler instead of an uplink.
