On the other side of eleven inches of it, an elderly deaf man who cannot hear a tumbler is being handed a chisel by a man in driving goggles who cannot drive."

Your recommendation in September was that the east wall was the weak face of this building, that eleven feet of 1888 brick is not a wall, and that the bonded contents should be transferred to the Steelton facility pending remedial work.  The company accepted it on the 3rd of October. The transfer went out on the 9th, under escort, and you signed the manifest as attending officer, because a bonded transfer requires a sworn officer to attend and you were the officer who wrote the survey.  This vault has been empty for five weeks.  (+15)"

Every item is where the manifest says it is, and the manifest says Steelton, and the Steelton facility's receiving log agrees with it to the item.  You were the attending officer. You wrote the survey that caused the transfer, you recommended the date, and you signed for it at both ends, and all of that is on the paper in your own hand, and every word of it is true.  Somebody looking at this in thirty years would need to hold the survey, the manifest, the Steelton log and your movements in the same head at the same time, and nobody has ever held two of your documents at once, because there has never been a reason.
