feat: deploy-ready — env-aware Discogs enrichment + Dockerfile

- app/mirror.py: centralised enrichment, DISCOGS_MIRROR_KIND selects full (ultra `release`)
  vs vps (`discogs_release`); virtual.py + wowplatter_v1.py use it.
- Dockerfile + .dockerignore for the VPS container.
