R42 THE LOOK: five lane-runs — the pub is dressed, the decks read, and the town is cast
John looked at R41's proof shots and named three faults. All three are fixed, at zero draw cost, and every lane corrected somebody's numbers on the way — including its own. E-LOOK (§42.1+§42.2a) — THE PREMISE WAS WRONG. "The pub props have no texture" (my brief, quoting E's own R41 note) is false: all 37 carry COLOR_0 and three.js renders it. The colour was BLEACHED — jukebox at saturation 0.02, 15 assets under 0.05; what the source library called colour was baked AO. So the fix was a palette imposed on colour already present, in place: 46 assets, draw delta +0 and tri delta +0 on every one, proved the honest way — the concatenated POSITION/NORMAL/TEXCOORD/index bytes are sha1-identical to R41, so footprints and origins provably did not move. (A first-pass bbox check ignored node rotations and "found" 3 phantom violations; thrown out for the byte comparison.) The banquette was 1990s office teal and went burgundy; the beer umbrella was white and went brewery green. THE DECK, diagnosed before being touched: 7 greys, chassis 0.05 luminance on a 0.033 bench = 1.21:1, and the one high-contrast feature was INSIDE-OUT (white ring around a dark disc; a turntable is a dark record on a light platter). Now Technics silver at 6.74:1, black vinyl, red start/stop. Node contract re-read from the shipped GLB: 4/4 + 1/1 PASS. Filed to R43, not fixed: deck_1200_rigged has NO PLINTH (bottom 43mm of 119mm lost to R41 join damage). E-CAST (§42.3) — 19 of 24 ship. Rejected: comical_luchador_01 (Mixamo Ch43, purple mask reading EL CHUPACABRA, identified from the file's own material name), a 3-heads-tall cartoon child, a robed wuxia elder, a WW2 infantryman — and dj_phrtt_01, AN UNCLOTHED BODY whose only texture is a bare-skin atlas, which was in the DEFAULT crowd and live on the depot. It is the R41 deny-list's failure class through a different door: an innocent name from another pipeline. Only rendering all 24 and LOOKING found it. Ruling 2 (prefer CC0) was REFUSED ON MEASUREMENT: Quaternius is 25 nodes / 23 joints and ZERO of 64 canonical tracks bind — it would have loaded silently and never animated. Replacements came from Mixamo's Ch## pool, filtered to the contract-clean 65-bone family (candidates ran 65..99 bones; named characters carry facial/hair bones). THE LICENCE GAP WAS UNREAD, NOT MISSING: every source FBX carries ApplicationVendor "Mixamo, Inc." internally. Adobe royalty-free, no attribution owed. B's amber rows are now real. B (§42.5) — MY ASSIGNED FIX WAS USELESS AND B PROVED IT. document.fonts.ready shipped, then measured: the atlas canvases are already byte-identical across boots, the game ships NO webfonts (document.fonts.size === 0), and ready fires 50ms BEFORE the first fillText. The real cause of unreproducible bookmarks is the wall-clock CROWD — 983 changed px of 921,600, ALL in the pedestrian band; 0 px with the crowd out. New DBG.freeze() takes stable bookmarks 2/5 -> 5/5. Also found: ?pop=0 boots 140 citizens (0 is falsy against the default). THE BENCH: D's filing correct on both counts. Front-vs-road 90.0deg -> 0.0deg, min=med=max over 60/60 instances; the streetlight arm now reaches 1.05m over the road where it reached 0.00. Both used a base yaw that pointed +Z down the street while their own comments claimed otherwise — the side term was already right, which is why it survived 41 rounds of reading. Also: on any box with CDN access 9 of 60 benches are the depot GLB, 90deg out from the house law — normalised at the geometry, once, at load. benchStops(plan) exported as one truth. C (§42.2b) — 122 vs 123 WAS THE CAMERA ASPECT, and nobody was wrong. Draw counts are post-frustum-cull and the sweep camera inherits the window aspect: 1.25->116, 1.60->122 (C's harness), 1.778->123 (F's), 2.37->124. Pinned MEASURE_ASPECT=16/9 with a 1.25 control. E's "keep the bench dark" advice was measured and declined with reason (deck-vs-bench was already 4.73:1, over threshold). "Reads as a black box" is a claim about pixels, so C measured pixels: near-black in the booth crop 57.5% -> 26.7%, distinct colours 228 -> 389. Bench rebuilt 3->7 boxes with an open record bay; headphones on the mixer; faceDoor aims booths at the player's entry — alignment within 45deg went 49% -> 92%. Two bugs found by looking: a fitting could be planted INSIDE A WALL (0.77m of a 0.86m half-depth in plaster), and every booth part sat 25mm sunk into its own worktop. D (§42.4) — five swaps IN PLACE at the same index (pickRig indexes these arrays and pedIndex is in the identity signature and the impostor atlas; removal would renumber the town). Identity signature pre- vs post-swap: 0 differing lines of 150 — who each citizen is did not move, only which body they wear. dj_phrtt_01 verified gone AT THE WIRE, not from source: a fresh default boot fetches 32 ped GLBs, none retired. THE CONTROL ARM FOUND A 41-ROUND-OLD BUG: the ped being RETIRED, comical_boy_01, binds only 3,132 of 3,460 tracks — six thumb bones lack the mixamorig prefix. It had been silently dropping six tracks per clip since it shipped. Testing the thing being thrown away found it. Imported B's benchStops mid-round: sitters now 0.0deg to the road, signatures byte-identical across the rewire. Corrected F's filing: the browse smoke was flaky-by-construction (a 16-25s race against a live sim), not deterministically red. F (§42.6) — qa.sh --strict 24 passed / 0 failed / 0 warn / 0 skipped. New Gate 11: period law (0/5 banned; CONTROL: R41's roster trips all five) and roster licence (24/24, 0 unverified; CONTROL: an amber row turns 20 red). r41_shots.py promoted warn -> strict. R41'S BYTE-HASH BAN IS REVERSED AND ITS STATED REASON WITHDRAWN AS WRONG. A gate may pin a hash under five in-run assertions (classic+flags boot, freeze().stillLive all-false, a second freeze removing 0 draws, settle until DBG.info() stops changing, hash with the dbg panel hidden): 5/5 bookmarks now pin to one sha256 over 3 fresh boots. Two findings got it there — the chunk streamer (a fixed settle is a bet on load) and the fps readout, which with everything else frozen was the last thing moving at 53-62 px. ?pop=0 fixed (Number.isFinite) — a no-op for 35 rounds. Three red flags_check gates fixed. Street: noon 282 · NIGHT 291/300 — the nine-draw margin INTACT, every R41 row reproducing to the digit. Interior at pinned 16:9: 123 @ dept/auto, margin 227. selfcheck 157,647/157,647, 0x5f76e76 unmoved. No tag — John's playtest rules the epoch. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

Lane E R41 (§41.1+§41.2): 46 clips and 110 fittings — and every handover number was the wrong unit
MOTION (§41.1). The clip library goes 8 -> 46: ten idles, eight browse, eight sit/lean, eight social, six locomotion, six venue, in SIX grouped GLBs (one fetch each), 3.35 MB — LESS than the 4.29 MB the old eight cost, via lossless dedup + int16 rotations (worst error 0.0034 deg). All six verified skeleton-only (tris 0, meshes 0, nodes 66): ZERO DRAW, which is what makes this round affordable. No retarget was run and none was wanted — the bank and the peds are the same mixamorig skeleton, so retargeting would add error AND bake the ped mesh into the clip, ending zero-draw. MIRPAMO 'make smoke' green to prove the tool, then deliberately unused. Three seeds in the brief were duds and got substituted: the whole *_Degree_Turn set is RIFLE-AIMING, and two 'examine' clips are 262 KB static poses, not motion. R16 flat-body trap re-checked on all 46 (spine tilt 24 samples/clip, 0 frames >75 deg); turn_in_place auto-demoted from loopable on a 36.7 deg seam. RULING 1 — the Bandai hazard, closed non-destructively and better than specified. 3,077 CC BY-NC clips sat unzoned in a neutrally-named path. Renamed PER FILE (3,077/3,077) not just the directory, because mirpamo names output <rig>@<clip>.glb — the _NC-research marker now PROPAGATES into any retargeted GLB automatically. Nothing deleted; ultra's red/bandai re-verified as canonical. Ledger corrected: the manifest claimed CC-BY-NC-ND, the bundled licence text says CC BY-NC, no ND. PROPS (§41.2). 110 assets from three libraries, published, sha1-verified, 0 validator errors both modes. THE FINDING: every handover number was a TRIANGLE count, and triangles were never the binding constraint — DRAW CALLS were. As handed over this cargo cost 14,140 draws against a 162-draw margin; it ships at 117. '3dstore passes as-is' was true on tris/metres/ Draco/textures and FALSE on draws — 30 of 46 files carried up to 16 materials on one mesh (one per record sleeve), so a 1,020-tri tub cost 16 draws; baked to COLOR_0, 288 -> 40, zero tri drift, A/B identical. dj-gear's own manifest claimed median 6,288 tris / 18 under budget; measured 51,528 and 12, with draws to 2,145. Pub props were NOT metre-correct (every source unit-normalised to max dim 1.00 m) and 40x decimation was impossible as specified (loungeChair is 94% non-manifold). Ruling 5 vs the draw budget was a real conflict (one mixer = 4.6x a whole room); resolved by joining SCENERY selectively while every control node keeps its object/name/pivot — verified by parsing the SHIPPED GLB, not the tool that wrote it: PASS 4 / STATIC 10 / N/A 17 / FAIL 0. deck_1200_rigged = 5 draws with Platter_SPIN, Arm_YAW, Fader_PITCH, Btn_STARTSTOP intact. The R40 four-surface transmission gate FIRED ON LIVE CARGO: 5 genuinely transmissive materials (cartridge dust-covers, a mixer meter window) that would each have doubled every opaque draw in the room. 9 assets rejected on eyeball after decimation rather than shipping mush. Two existing-tooling bugs fixed: normalize.py's yaw/up were silent no-ops (the jukebox exported 0.40 m instead of 0.97 m), and footprints now measure the shipped GLB. Lane E R39 (6/n): THREE GLBs shipped as GLASS, not one — transmissionFactor 1 stripped, published, sha1-verified, and now GATED. Plus the arcade's three meshes.
Lane C measured the bookshelf's transmission halving interior draws (opshop/hall 191->104, book/hall
101->51, dept/hall 116->116 control). The cause, with vendored line numbers: three.module.js:16209
enters renderTransmissionPass(opaqueObjects, ...) whenever currentRenderList.transmissive is
non-empty, and :16433 re-renders the WHOLE OPAQUE LIST into a render target — every opaque draw
issued twice. Trigger is material.transmission > 0 (:6890), set from the glTF at GLTFLoader:1202.
And at 1.0 it is not 'a bit glassy': :494 does totalDiffuse = mix(totalDiffuse, transmitted.rgb,
material.transmission) — the diffuse term is REPLACED by the backdrop.
I SCANNED ALL 103 GLBs. Three carried it:
procity_fit_bookshelf_01 mtl_10218_Bookshelves_v1 shipped and hurting (C's)
procity_street_longbench_01 lambert3SG NOT WIRED — the 5.86 m arcade bench
the v9 charter names, on my R38
recommend list for Lane B
procity_street_streetlight_01 Streetlight_HighResSG3 NOT WIRED — one per ~18 m of street
The two unwired ones are the worse finding: the street budget is 292/300 with EIGHT draws of margin,
and a pre-pass there costs another ~292, not eight. Armed, not fired.
FIXED SURGICALLY. pipeline/strip_transmission.py rewrites only the JSON chunk and copies BIN through,
printing sha1(BIN) before and after: BIN IDENTICAL on all three, tris/dims/mtl/img/tex unchanged.
KHR_materials_ior deliberately left (ior does not trigger the pre-pass).
PUBLISHED + VERIFIED under John's R22 standing authorization via the passwordless tailnet ingress:
6/6 HTTP 200 off the PUBLIC depot, byte counts exact, sha1 identical, depot copies re-scanned clean.
_published.json 56 -> 59.
GATED, which matters more than the fix: validate_manifest.py now HARD FAILS on transmissionFactor>0
with the three.js line numbers and the fix command in the message; glb_stat.py grew a transmission
column and a loud footer. Nobody looked for three epochs because a bookshelf is obviously not glass.
ALSO: the arcade's three meshes, published and catalogued the same round they were generated —
aframe_board 366 tris (<=16 inst), blade_sign 299 (17 inst), keycutter_sign 498 (1 inst). manifest
furniture 13->16, GLBs 36->39, validate 0 errors 0 warnings. blade_sign ships FLAGGED: its back face
carries TRELLIS-hallucinated art where the concept had no data, which is one more reason the
+0-draw perpendicular-quad answer is the recommendation and this GLB is the fallback.

Lane E R38 s2: the three GLBs PUBLISHED + sha1-verified off the public depot; the magpie is a magpie
A. DEPOT — closed, under John's R22 standing Lane-E authorization (the authority that
shipped sit.glb in R28 and the nine R36 sweep assets). Pushed via the passwordless
tailnet ingress: _published.json 53 -> 56, drift check clean. Then verified the way
this lane verifies — FETCHED BACK OFF THE PUBLIC DEPOT and hashed, not "the upload
said 200": magpie/paling_fence/water_tank all HTTP 200, byte counts exact, sha1
identical to local, 3/3. _r38_results.PENDING_PUBLISH.json renamed, build_manifest
re-run (GLBs 33 -> 36), validate_manifest 0 errors / 0 warnings.
B. THE MAGPIE TINT — done, not offered. The bird shipped as an all-black crow (R38 4d
traced the loss to trellis2_mlx's PBR bake). "Hand-tint the atlas" is not a paint job:
the bake is a smart-UV unwrap of ~100 islands and none of them announces itself as a
nape. So pipeline/tint_atlas.py defines the tint in the MESH's frame and projects it
through the UVs — rasterize every UV triangle to texel->(position,normal), evaluate
soft anatomical windows on the positions (white nape behind a black crown, shoulder
bar on the flanks only so the dorsal midline stays black, rump + tail base stopping
short of the black terminal band), paint keeping the bake's own luminance as shading,
then dilate 5 texels into the UV padding so no black fringe survives bilinear/mip.
3-D masks give one consistent soft edge across every island at once; a 2-D blur could
not (it would bleed island-to-island through the black background).
GEOMETRY UNTOUCHED byte for byte: still 894 tris / 1 mtl / 1 img / 512^2 WebP / no
Draco / 0.155x0.358x0.404 m. Painted luma median 0.84 (p90 0.95) vs the bake's 0.13.
VERIFIED IN THE GAME'S OWN RENDERER: the PUBLISHED file loaded off digalot.fyi through
the vendored GLTFLoader + three.js — 1 mesh, 894 tris, 512x512 texture decoded (which
also proves the PIL-written WebP decodes in a browser).
VERDICT: it reads. Pied and unmistakable at 64 and 48 px, still black-and-white at 32.
Honest caveat: from directly below-and-in-front it stays dark — correct, a real
magpie's bib and belly ARE black. Render: docs/shots/laneE/r38_magpie_tint.png.

Lane E R28 (v5.1): Spike 1 — look.glb shipped; lean does not exist (ledger #1)
look.glb — DONE, published, verified. Looking_Around.fbx (675 KB) from the CACHED tailnet stash (not re-downloaded — the asset-pipeline skill's law) -> fbx_to_clip.py -> web/models/peds/look.glb: mesh-free, 65 mixamorig joints, 195 tracks, inverseBindMatrices present, 136 KB. Structurally identical to the sit.glb precedent on every measurable field (meshes/nodes/skins/joints/bind), so D's _canon binds it exactly like walk/idle/sit. Depot: published to digalot.fyi/3god under John's R22 standing authorization for Lane E assets (_published.json 43 -> 44), verified by fetching the bytes BACK from the public depot: https://digalot.fyi/3god/a/look.glb -> HTTP 200, 139,640 bytes, sha1 identical to local. -> D: it's ready. Gate it behind an opt the way rigs.js gates sit (loadPedFleet(base, { sit })) — a raw fetch would breach the ?classic=1 zero-fetch-delta covenant, same as sit.glb. `lean` DOES NOT EXIST — the spike's premise is half wrong. The brief and kickoff both say "two of the 34 already-cached clips (lean, look-around)" and "Spike 1 needs nothing from anyone". look-around is cached; lean is not, anywhere. Measured, not assumed: the stash's 34 clips contain no lean; `find ~/Documents -iname "*lean*"` on ultra returns nothing (not mixamo-fetch, not character_kit, not 3D=models, no FBX by that name at any depth); and the fetch tool cannot help unattended — `node fetch.cjs search "lean"` -> "FATAL nothing on debug port 9222 — quit Brave and relaunch with --remote-debugging-port=9222". It needs John's logged-in Brave session (his browser, his Mixamo account); I won't relaunch it. I did NOT substitute a lookalike. `Bored` is the nearest stash clip and it is a standing weight-shift idle, not a wall-lean — D's half explicitly needs shopfront adjacency ("lean against a wall wants the same care"), so a standing idle would quietly change what Spike 1 proves. Half a spike, honestly, beats a whole one that lies. -> John: one small unblocker — relaunch Brave with --remote-debugging-port=9222 and open a Mixamo tab; the fetch+convert is minutes once the token exists. Instrument LOD — D killed it and D's measurement is better than mine. I had built the five _lo variants in scratch (14k -> 3500/3500/4000/6000/3000) when D's commit landed saying "E: STOP — do not build the _lo variants". Nothing shipped; scratch discarded. D measured the rooms an LOD must fire in: max diagonal 15.2m in the largest venue, so the player can never be far enough — practical win 0 tris. My own reading reached the same verdict by another route, recorded as corroboration: C's §4 already says "the interior gate is DRAWS; tris are the STREET budget (200k)", and an LOD swap does not change draws at all (same object, same material, fewer tris) — the item's entire win landed on a metric no interior gate reads. Two independent measurements, one verdict. Salvage if it ever returns: at ~3k the guitar_amp SHREDS (white gaps punched through its silhouette — confirmed against the shipped 14k thumb as a decimation artifact, not a source defect, per the R22 food_cart discipline); it needs 6k to read clean. The other four were clean at 3-4k. -> A: your own file's comment now contradicts its code. Chasing why the fingerprint read 0x5f76e76 rather than the 0x3fa36874 I'd seen every round, I confirmed it is LEGITIMATE — your R27 w5 facade fix re-pinned 51 goldens under the amended covenant. But selfcheck.js:267 pins hash: 0x5f76e76 while selfcheck.js:301 still says "the synthetic golden above stays 0x3fa36874". Code and comment disagree by 34 lines — the exact species as R24's validator bug (my docstring said nested, my code read top-level); the next reader trusts whichever they read first. Your file, your call; flagging per the round's "flag loudly if anything disagrees". Gates: selfcheck ALL GREEN 156,352/156,352 · qa.sh --strict 6 passed / 0 failed. look.glb moves NO golden — proved by moving it aside and re-running: the fingerprint is identical either way, because an unreferenced clip is never fetched. Lane E R22 (v4.0): the venue_night tri diet — B's #1a driver was mine, fixed (BLOCKING #1b)
B's diagnosis nailed it: 149,161 of 163,015 tris (91.5%) at katoomba venue_night were four of my GLB street props. Buildings 348, posters 222 (A's cap worked, never the lever), pools 0. B's sharpest point: it is NOT the density widening -- road density drives the bench/bin/shelter cadence (~100 props on a 966-edge real graph). Fix (collapse-decimate via the R13 instrument tool; originals kept as _hi): bench 1942 -> 500 rendered 60,202 -> 15,500 bus_shelter 7998 -> 2500 rendered 55,986 -> 17,500 bin 3000 -> 800 rendered 18,000 -> 4,800 food_cart 4991 -> 1000 rendered 14,973 -> 3,000 furniture total 149,161 -> 40,800 (-108,361) Projected view ~54.7k (B's 163,015 baseline) / ~113.6k (vs F's 221,935) -- PASSES the 200k gate either way with 86-145k spare. F: these are projections off B's per-instance attribution; yours is the real measure. -> F: RE-MEASURE. Eyeballed every prop; two needed re-cutting: bus_shelter @1000 shredded (thin roof plate on a voxel-remeshed shell) -> @2500 clean; bin @400 creased -> @800 clean. food_cart's black base slab is in the SOURCE model (confirmed against the pre-diet thumb from git), not a decimation artifact. Zero blast radius: dims/footprints/heights identical -> manifest.json byte-identical -> B's placement and A's goldens untouched. Published 4 diet + 4 _hi archives to the depot (John re-authorized explicitly; GLBs are git-ignored so the depot IS the archive). -> Lane B (your 2nd note, cause found, NOT fixed by design): the MeshPhysicalMaterial on bench+food_cart is KHR_materials_specular in the glTF, and it survives a Blender re-export. Fix = neutralise specular pre-export. Deliberately deferred to v4.x: the gate is tris (cleared), and changing shipped shading in a release round without a visual re-verify is risk for no gate benefit. Same list: food_cart is 3.1MB on the depot -- 28 textures now dominate (tris are 1000); a texture-merge item, not a tri item. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

Lane E R16 (v3.1): the drummer's sit clip — sit.glb produced + published
Ledger #2 asset half (E produces, D wires). Fetched Adobe Mixamo Sitting_Idle.fbx (533KB) by scp from the tailnet source box, converted on-device via Blender (new pipeline/fbx_to_clip.py: import -> skinned GLB export -> pure-python mesh-strip) to web/models/peds/sit.glb (109KB, mesh-free, structurally identical to walk/idle: 66 nodes, 65 mixamorig bones, dangling skin, 195 channels). Verified: three.js loads + 195/195 tracks bind to peds + 0 NaN; Blender confirms seated (hips 0.955->0.299m, stature 1.276->0.758m) + eyes-on bone-dot render (docs/shots/laneE/sit_clip.png). Published to depot via tailnet under John's R13 auth (_published.json 38->39; benign non-procity_ drift note). Provenance: Adobe Mixamo royalty-free, same zone as the shipped walk/idle; LANE_E_NOTES v3.1 amendment marker. -> Lane D: sit.glb ready at web/models/peds/sit.glb (+ on depot); canon binds 195/195; seated confirmed. Lane E R12 (v3.0-alpha gig layer): 5 instruments + 4 posters + 3 gig audio
Instruments (MODELBEAST flux_local concept -> trellis_mac -> normalize): electric_guitar, bass_guitar, drum_kit, guitar_amp, mic_stand -> manifest fittings + thumbs, published to the tailnet depot. All 5 reconstructed cleanly (thin mic-boom + cymbals survived); heavy tris (30-96k, amp the outlier) accepted like the R3 props. gen_props.py gains --batch; gig_instruments.json + gig_norm_batch.json + _gig_results.json. Posters (flux_local, gen_skins.py --posters): poster-xerox/screenprint/ grunge/retro -> skins.poster with nameZone for band-name overprint, blank name-band (no baked text) like blank-signboard facades. Gig audio (procedural, gen_audio.py): music-pubrock-live (original 90s pub-rock riff), ambience-crowd-walla, sfx-applause -> manifest audio, flagged gig:true for F. Pack now 26 assets, 9.1 MB of 25. build_manifest reads _gig_results.json + emits skins.poster + gig audio; validate_manifest green (--depot 0 err, all live). Provenance in AUDIT.md (section Round 12); README + E-progress updated. Touched no other lane's files. F owns the v3.0-alpha tag. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

Lane E round 6 (E1): publish.py merges (not clobbers) + provenance-drift QA gate
- publish.py: _published.json now MERGE (read existing → union → sorted write), never replace — fixes the R5 --only clobber (27→1). Proven: a real no-op re-publish kept it at 27. Added --verify + post-publish drift-check vs the live depot (/api/list procity_*). - validate_manifest.py: new provenance-drift gate — every manifest procity_* GLB must be in _published.json or QA fails. Proven: simulated clobber (→1) exits 1 w/ per-file errors. - Record verified: 27-entry _published.json is byte-exact vs the live depot. - qa.sh --strict GREEN (5 gates incl. F1 harness). Lane E round 4 (E2): fix record_crate + ship counter-with-till, both live on depot
- record_crate: R3 normalize left a sourceless texture (packed AO/roughness map didn't survive WebP export; metallicRoughness+occlusion pointed at it) → three.js 'undefined uri' crash. New pipeline/fix_glb_textures.py strips material slots that reference a sourceless texture. Verified loads in vendored GLTFLoader; re-published. - counter_till (new fitting): ~2m timber counter + period till, flux_local→trellis_mac on-device, 1.61x0.64m / 1.15m tall, 32k tris. Verified loads; published. Lane C maps kind counter -> counter_till (balcao 4m 'counter' kept for long-bar use). - publish.py: --only <name> filter + passwordless tailnet detection (GOD3_DEPOT override). - manifest rebuilt (15 fittings, alias counter->counter_till); validate --depot 0 errors. Lane E round 3 (landed by Fable after review): 5 hero props gen'd local + published, local-depot mode, manifest 14 fittings + 8 furniture
- gen_props.py: flux_local -> trellis_mac -> normalize pipeline; 5/8 props kept (arcade-cabinet, listening-booth, drinks-fridge, milkshake-mixer, novelty-record) - magazine-rack -> primitive (thin-wire gotcha); glass-case + bus-shelter -> fal.ai fallback - cash-register reused from depot; all 22 GLBs live, validate --depot 0/0 - loaders.js ?localdepot=1 + stage_local_depot.py for network-free GLB validation - qa.sh --strict GREEN 4/4 at commit time Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

Lane E publish landed: 16 GLBs + thumbs live on 3GOD depot; pipeline fixes
Depot publish executed over the new passwordless tailnet path (allowlist auth, GOD3_DEPOT=http://100.94.195.115:8788). Two contract bugs fixed en route: - publish.py: /api/thumb wants JPEG keyed by the GLB name (was posting PNG keyed by a .png name -> 404 that mislabelled successful GLB uploads as ERR); thumb push now isolated per the MESHGOD house contract (cosmetic, never fails publish). - validate_manifest.py: send a custom User-Agent (Cloudflare 403s Python-urllib on the public path) + honor GOD3_DEPOT override like publish.py. validate_manifest.py --depot -> 0 errors, 0 warnings. qa.sh --strict all green. _published.json records the 16 published assets.
